The following outlines the coverage and warranty period for various components of our electric vehicle:
- Core Components: The warranty period for the charger, motor, controller, rear axle, central display, and chassis is 12 months. The warranty period for the lithium battery is 60 months.
- Additional Components: The warranty period for the accelerator, combination switch, ignition switch, front headlight, rear taillight, driving light, wiring harness, lower swing arm, steering gear, front and rear shock absorbers, and universal joint is 12 months.
- Other Components: The warranty period for the windshield, front and rear brackets, roof, bumper, armrests, side panels, sofa, carpet, etc., is 6 months. The warranty period is calculated from the date of vehicle delivery. In the event of a failure caused by non-human factors, warranty parts can be provided after verification by the “After-Sales Service Department.” However, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by improper operation due to human factors;
- Damage resulting from abnormal operation and use under non-standard conditions;
- Self-disassembly or replacement of any vehicle components (such as wiring, parts, etc.);
- Use of non-original parts causing vehicle quality issues;
- Usage exceeding the maximum load capacity;
- Usage beyond the warranty period;
- Damage due to force majeure factors (such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, wars, etc.);
- Consumable parts of the electric vehicle (including tires, glass, body coverings, seat sofas, carpets, etc.).
